Alumni Class Notes

Siena’s Alumni Relations Office has instituted a change in the format of the Alumni News & Notes section, now called Class Notes, in Siena News and is asking for your help in making it a success.  We are looking for individuals who would like to be Class Coordinators for their class year.    (Reunion picture)

Class Notes Coordinators will serve as a point of contact for the Alumni Relations Office and for Alumni themselves.  Coordinators will compile the traditional birth, wedding, death, job and promotion updates, and general notes; however, we want the new Class Notes to become more personal.  We now want to include: fun anecdotes, stories, quotes and anything else that you as Alumni would like to share!

Class Notes Coordinators will then write a column consisting of about 400 words and forward it to the Alumni Relations Office for review and inclusion in the magazine.  As a Class Notes Coordinator we highly encourage you to add your personal touch. Our goal is to transform the formal newspaper-like language of the current News & Notes section into a more narrative, personal and enjoyable tone.   (insert Siena South picture?)

Consider being the individual who brings back the memories and who allows futures to intertwine, by being the person to whom former classmates may come to regale stories, plans, anecdotes, milestones, opportunities and momentous occasions.
